essentially an incel's idea of romance, especially after the framing of episode 4.
The master/slave dynamic between the protagonist and his newly acquired plaything really amplifies his already abhorrent behaviour into a new stratosphere of repulsiveness; and the way everything is presented seems as if they are trying to push the idea on us that their interaction is somehow sweet.

This is just hentai with a longer screen time.

Main character gets Isekai'd into a world with a bad UI and starts figuring out everything from there. The idea that slaves in this world are well rounded women who will serve you as best as they can towards your goal... which is primarily either slaying creatures in the labyrinth or getting down and dirty in the bath and bed. Superbly animated motion when things get erotic.

Outside of the obvious, it is not terrible, it is just black and white slice of life isekai.

Enjoy it for what it is.

Look, it's no surprise at this point, but it is well known that the isekai genre is used to soft reset the universe so that the author may set up his own world and history without making the MC have a detailed or important backstory. just pick a random loser Michio, here and own the rules……..

I'm not even gonna write about the overall plot, because it's so generic you already know it. Teenager gets isekai'd into a fantasy world and becomes an advendturer. We already know the drill. Masterclasss on how to make an entertaining anime without a good story.

This has Something every Isekai should have by far the MOST CRUCIAL reason why this works --- Consequences & Life or Death.

Too many isekai's have either WAAAY to overpowered characters / zero consequences for their actions or nothing happens when they get badly injured or killed. By making it feel like death is a real possibility in this Isekai it suddenly becomes more entertaining, you want to grow with the character and actually care what happens on screen.

I'm trapped. I'm trapped having fetishes that force me into watching unbelievably bad shows. If you're like me and "mc getting a slave he rapes, then she develops feeling for him and they still fuck" fetish gives you a boner then this show is for you. Otherwise stay away from it as far as you can. There's nothing to find there, you can't even find ironic enjoyment there like you could in something like Redo of Healer.

Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World is your pretty standard isekai with its own *cough cough* hanime flair to it. Now to be totally honest with you I think this anime is pretty average. It doesn’t really do anything that special and if you decide to watch it there are a stretch of episodes where it felt like basically the same thing happened in each of those episodes.

Decently animated dark fantasy adventure for a post RoH world. I'm also fond of how they make it clear that the MC isn't some invincible badass. Even his overpowered sword has setbacks. There's a set of rules to the world that he has to follow strictly if he wants to survive. It's like watching a lets play, not the most unique thing out there but it's still feels nice to watch. Especially if you love a bit of sex and violence in your anime courtesy of the worlds nicest slave trader.

My only real complaint aside from how generic it can be at some points ...

What can I say, there isn't really much to say about this blueprint junk.

It's basically just a softcore hentai with an even lazier and worse story.

It's yet another copypasta except they added human trafficking and grossly enlarged boobs now, now while the human trafficking part feels weird to me, I guess I can somewhat ignore that in the vein of "fantasy", but normally I consider some breasts here and there to be a bonus.

In this case however even though these breasts are comically enlarged, they are still not large enough to cover up the lack of any creativity.

One of the greatest rpg-isekai anime. Despite average and cookie-cutter skills, monsters, encounters, etc. Story have one thing that sets it far above others - realistic motivation for MC. Getting slave for fun activities is #1 Priority for any cultured person. Without reading the manga 5-6/10, With reading the manga 8/10.

If you watch this without the manga it's rather mediocre. However with the manga you will understand and appreciate the core game elements of the world, the dungeon/labyrinth crawling in more detail and in a much more enthralling way.
